About Me |
My grandmother taught me how to sew doll clothes and things for myself when I was 12 years old. Then I became an industrial sewer 30 years ago for a textile mill and quickly learned that I could create almost anything I wanted if I had a sewing machine and some fabric. Over time I have done alterations and manufactured everything from diapers, blankets, towels and sheets for hospitals, bulletproof vest for the safety of local police and other officials to starting my own custum drapery business. I have made bridesmaid and prom dresses, costumes, flags for color guard and a few weird things by special request along the way.
Now I'am known as the bag lady. But that's ok as long as I Have fabric and my machines, I'm happy. I have heard that she who dies with the most fabric wins.... Lets just say I have a real good chance of winning ! |
