|Bill and Vicky's Interests
I started painting in March 2008. My sister, mother and brother are all artists but I never attempted to paint before. Now I can't stop. I ran out of space on my website to post my paintings. My husband is pastor of Skyview Baptist Church. We traveled in Evangelism for 20 years. Our travels took us to Brazil, Australia, Russia and Cuba. Our story was featured on the 700 club in 1991 as "The Child Bride." We have made 6 recordings of our music and I have written a book about my life called "Not Just My Heart." I have also written a unique type of bible study called "Bible Art." God has allowed me to teach it to Women in conferences in Washington, Arkansas, Texas, Oklahoma, Florida, New Mexico, Indiana and Missouri as well as overseas.
Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge HIM and HE shall direct your paths.

About the Murphys|
|Bill Murphy was adopted by the Murphys at the age of five. At seven his mother led him to Jesus by his bedside. At 14 Bill surrendered his life to “special service.” Bill then graduated from Hobbs High School in 1967. January 1969 he married Vicky Musacchia. In 1970 Bill served a tour of duty with the U.S. Army in Vietnam. From 1973-77 he attended Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM. Then in 1977-1978 he attended Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas. He majored in Music Education and lacked 20 hours graduating when the Murphy’s only son died at the age of five years old suddenly and unexpectedly. The sudden shock and expense forced Bill to drop out of school in 1978 and go to work to pay for the funeral. |
Bill served churches in New Mexico and Texas as Minister of Music and Minister of Youth from 1973-1984. In October 1984 Bill and Vicky s stepped out in faith and entered into full time Vocational Evangelism. First Baptist Church in Stamford, Texas ordained Bill in 1987. Since 1984 the Murphys have conducted revivals, concerts, retreats, crusades and camps across the United States, Mexico and overseas in Brazil, Australia, Russia.
The Conference of Texas Baptist Evangelist (COTBE.org) elected Bill as Assistant Music Director and Music Director from 1994-1998.
Vicky grew up in Los Angeles County of California. She accepted Christ at the age of twelve during a Vacation Bible School in Burbank. She passed the G.E.D. exam and was accepted to Eastern New Mexico University in 1975. She attended until 1977 when the Murphys moved to Abilene so that Bill could attend Hardin Simmons. At that time Vicky went to work to help Bill attended college.
In March 1992 the “700 Club” aired a re-enactment of Vicky’s unique and inspiring testimony called “A Child Bride.” Since then Vicky has written her testimony in a book titled “Not Just My Heart.” Many lives have been touched by her faith, strength and courage as she trusted the Lord through the testimony about her childhood and dealing with the death of her only son.
Bill and Vicky have one daughter Christina Elaine born in 1970 who traveled with them until her marriage to Jeff Addison in 1989. Jeff has served as a Youth Director and now Pastor since 1991. The Addison’s have three children Jeffery Karl , Victoria Kay, and Kaylee Elaine.
Vicky also has written a unique type of Bible study called “Bible Art” which combines the use of symbols, illustrations, word studies and color-coding to aid individuals in personal bible study. She is in great demand as an inspirational speaker for Women’s meetings, retreats, and camps. Her interest in music began at the age of seven and she plays the piano, keyboard, flute, guitar, and organ. Recently (MARCH 2008) she discovered her love for painting.
