About Me

I have been a Decorative Artist for over 20 yrs. I've certainly made my mark traveling from Charleston SC to Birmingham, AL and painting along the way. I still take painting work upon request, just give me a call for an estimate. You can see some of my work here under my work pictures.

SEW UNRAVELED....
My sewing and alterations buisness is taking off well. It's taking time to set everything up but clients are calling. I always knew I would eventually retire from the painting and I would fall back on my sewing. (I do still do murals on request.) I enjoy sewing and serving others and just love being home working. I am enjoying my new PFAFF sewing/embroidery machine and it makes my work so much easier. It's just heaven to sew on.

We have two grown sons, Chris which lives in Summerville, SC with his wife Jennifer and two sons Aidan and Avery. We lost our oldest son Travis in 1994 to a motorcycle accident. We were blessed with a grandson before Travis left us, Justin now 17, lives in Florida with his family.

We also have quite a selection of pets that own us. You can see their photos here on this site. We have two parrots, two chihuahuas and two cats.

Sew Unraveled... Sewing and Alterations

Well, its January here in Charleston and winter has come with a vengence. We had a winter storm come in with freezing rain, sleet and snow flurries. Nothing but some problems driving. We stayed in.

I am trying to build my sewing/alterations buisness up so if you've got a need give me a call. I will be loading pictures as I have time of some of my projects so stop by and take a look at whats going on at SEW UNRAVELED.
