We have three cats that roam inside and out, but they are kept off the quilts. I am a Christian since 1971. I have a degree in teaching, but after homeshooling my children (one through high school), I decided quilting sounded like a great idea. I first ran a hand guided, A-1, longarm machine in my business. In 2006 I decided to buy a Gammill Optimum with Statler Stitcher. I love it. I have even become a sales rep in my local area for Accomplish Quilting Inc which is the dealership I represent. The dealership is in southern Michigan. This way, folks in my area can try out the machines instead of needing to drive all that way to Michigan. Smile. I love my family, fabrics, reading, Bible study, computerized things, cats, and the Women's Prison ministry I am involved in. I love purple. I think elephants are most interesting animals. I belong to a local quilt guild, but cannot attend as often as I like. I believe I would love piecing too, but there are only so many hours in the day. I sure enjoy the quilting for others, though!
