About Me
Married and living in Central Illinois.After many years in the Telecom business, I am working at what I love! Collage art, paper arts, stamping, and painting keep me busy most of the time. Trained in watercolor for many years, but found it more fun to work with other mediums.Some of the projects are featured here.
I love to swap ATC's with friends and other projects. We keep each other busy with new sites and techniques. The more stamps I have, the happier I am.
I also like to work with beads and wire. I try to incorporate the two in many of my collages. They seem to add sparkle to a vintage piece, and still keep it "antique" looking.
I have 2 children with 4 grandchildren. The grandkids have been "arting" with Nana since they could hold a pencil. They all have more imagination than I will ever have, and no fear to do what they like. The youngest is 2 and now insists on going upstairs to do an "art project" when she comes in the door.
I currently design for Vintaj, and am on the Design Team for Paper Imagery Designs and Small Studio Productions.
I was recently published in Stamper's Sampler Dec/Jan09 and look forward to seeing my journals in Bead Trends in April 09.
